Embed AtomicPlayer on pages

  1. Open a video and select Get embed or Embed & Share.
  2. Confirm the video source is ready and the player has a published version.
  3. If needed, select Publish.
  4. Select Copy code and paste the snippet into a page that accepts custom HTML.

The current snippet uses an .atomic-player container with data-player-id and loads https://embed.atomicplayer.ai/player/v1.js. The runtime fetches the published configuration and HLS source. It also supports a separate data-test-id embed for A/B-test assignment; a normal player embed always plays its named video. After the script loads, window.atomicplayer lists every embed on the page.

The current production tab does not expose iframe, React, WordPress, width, aspect-ratio, or autoplay snippet options. You do not need to recopy code after a normal configuration publish because the stable player ID resolves the current published version.

If domain protection is enabled, add the exact host or wildcard under Domain access.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the embed say Draft?

No published player version exists yet. An editor must publish before visitors receive a live configuration.

Do I recopy the snippet after styling changes?

Normally no. Publish the new configuration; the stable player ID remains the same.
