Studio themes and version history
Drafts and published versions
Every workspace default and per-video config has a draft revision. Save persists the draft. Publish defaults or Publish to this video validates it and creates a numbered published version.
Published version history lists versions and timestamps. Restore to draft never rolls the live player back immediately: review the restored draft, save if needed, then publish.
Themes
Create named workspace themes from the current configuration, then rename, delete, activate, or use them on one video. Skin is always applied; Conversion and Delivery packs are optional. Applying a theme changes the draft until you publish.
Apply to videos
First publish workspace defaults. Then choose All videos or Choose videos (folders and search are available). AtomicPlayer applies the published version and preserves sections already customized per video. A request is limited to 2,000 selected video IDs.
See Player Studio overview and skins and themes.
Frequently asked questions
Can Apply use my unsaved draft?
No. It uses the current published workspace version and warns when newer changes are unpublished.
Does Restore immediately change visitors' players?
No. Restore copies a historical version into the draft; publish it to make it live.
