Payment methods

Open Billing for the active workspace. Users with billing.manage can see the card brand, last four digits, expiry, holder, default status, and 3D Secure state returned by the billing API.

Update card creates a Stripe Billing Portal session and opens it in a new tab. Card number changes happen in Stripe, not in an AtomicPlayer form. If the session cannot be created, Billing shows Unable to open billing portal.
