Using AtomicPlayer with WordPress

Current supported workflow

WordPress / Elementor can host AtomicPlayer in a Custom HTML block or HTML widget that accepts HTML and external scripts. AtomicPlayer does not currently generate an iframe or a platform-specific snippet.

Configure and copy the player

  1. Open Videos → video → Customize.
  2. Change the available player behavior and appearance, then publish the player configuration.
  3. Open Embed & Share (or select Get embed) and choose Copy code.
<div class="atomic-player" data-player-id="PLAYER_ID"></div>
<script async src="https://embed.atomicplayer.ai/player/v1.js"></script>

Place it on WordPress / Elementor

  1. Add a Custom HTML block or HTML widget where the player should appear.
  2. Paste the complete two-line snippet without changing the player ID or runtime URL.
  3. Save and publish the page. If the editor removes <script>, use its documented site-wide custom-code area for the runtime and keep the data-player-id container in the page body.

Publish and verify

  1. Under Videos → video → Settings → Domain access, add every hostname that will serve the page and select Save & publish.
  2. Open the published page, confirm that the player loads, and verify the expected playback event in Analytics.
