Organize your video library
The Videos library is where every hosted file lives. As your library grows, folders, tags, filters, and views keep it fast to navigate. This article covers the organizing layer; for the actions on individual files, see Manage videos.
Folders and tags
The left sidebar lists your Folders with a video count beside each one. Click a folder to filter the grid to just those videos, or New folder to create one (for example VSLs, Ads, Webinars, Courses, Archive).
Below folders sit your Tags. Tags are lightweight labels you can apply across folders—use them for campaigns, clients, or languages. You can also add tags from a single video's Overview tab.
Search, filter, and sort
The toolbar also includes Import for users with workspace.manage. See Import videos. While a job is running the button reads Import plus the percent complete.
The toolbar above the grid gives you three quick controls:
- Search videos — Type to filter by title in real time.
- Status filter — All statuses, Published, Drafts, or Processing.
- Sort — Most recent, Most views, or Highest retention.
Filters combine, so you can narrow to published VSLs sorted by retention in a couple of clicks.
Views: grid, list, table
Use the view switch on the right of the toolbar to change layout. The current page opens in Grid after a new visit; it does not persist this choice in browser storage.

Cards and rows show a duration badge, a live viewer count when a video is streaming, and an A/B marker when a test is running.
Bulk actions
Use the checkboxes in Grid, List, or Table (or Select all) to pick ready videos. A bulk action bar appears with:
- Move — Reassign the selection to another folder.
- Tag — Add an existing tag to the selection.
- Delete — Confirms, then permanently deletes the selected videos and their transcripts, captions, tags, and analytics.
Click Clear to drop the selection.
Storage meter
At the bottom of the folder sidebar, the Storage meter shows how much of your plan's quota you have used (for example 68.4 / 100 GB). When you are close to the limit, use Upgrade plan to add capacity—see Subscription.
Best practices
- Create folders by funnel stage (VSL, upsell, webinar) so teammates find assets fast.
- Use tags for things that cross folders—client name, ad account, or language.
- Sort by best retention periodically to spot which hooks are working and which need an A/B test.

Frequently asked questions
Does my view choice stick?
No. The current page initializes to Grid on a new visit.
Can I select videos in grid view?
Yes. Hover a ready card to reveal its checkbox, or use Select all, then use Move or Tag.
Can I bulk export or delete?
There is no bulk export. Delete opens a confirmation and permanently removes the selected videos, their transcripts, captions, tags, and analytics.
